I'm a 34-C and usually wear a Medium. I got both the size Medium and Large. The Medium fit ok, but the straps are shorter so the bottom part will ride up a bit. It's also harder to latch the clasps in the back. The straps on the Larger are a tad longer and easier to do the back latches, but it is less snug than the Medium but still fits comfortably.If you're using the bra for working out, maybe the snug fit of the Medium might be better. But I like the comfort fit of a size up to wear under clothes, home, or outside more. I liked that I didn't have to contort myself to do the latches on the shorter straps as well.I still feel like I'm in between those sizes but I'll settle for sizing up for now.I own many sports bras, some from very expensive retailers & others from Amazon. For me, this is by far my favorite. I am a C cup and this is a perfect fit. I like the way it supports me & the way it looks. It's not too thick & overbearing but does the job. I own several now. Great value for the money.The material is super soft, doesnt roll up. Im a size 12 and ordered a Large. Love the non removable pads, its why I purchased this, not bulky and very flexible, im not big in the chest so i dont have alot to hold down. Easy to wash and I hang dry. But I love it and ordering 2 more!This is one of the most comfortable bras I have ever worn. It lays flat under arms, I wear a 38 so there is plenty to bulge and it dosent. The only thing wrong with bra is the staps do come a little high when wearing a lower neckline, I can live with that. I bought the black and the beige and couldn't be more comfortable.True to size bought this in a light blue color, and I’m delighted with the fit. Victoria’s Secret got rid of the seamless bra I liked in the past, and I haven’t been able to find something like it until now. Medium support level but very practical for everyday use.PSA: if you like taking the pads out, this is not your bra. It has a non-removable padded/ molded cup, but I love this aspect of it. No more pads moving around in the material these are locked and loaded.
