Comfortable & breathable material. As a breastfeeding Mom I needed something with plenty of breathability. Has decent support. Not for super high impact workouts but certainly better than a tight one with zero air holes.The bra is comfortable but the pads shift around during wear.Love itGreat price. Comfortable.
